An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Advisor to join the Customer Management Centre for the Toyota and Lexus Division. These roles will be based at our Lexus Brighton dealership.

The role involves:

• Handling inbound calls for our Toyota and Lexus After Sales Departments, this will involve booking customers vehicles for servicing work, quoting prices and maximising up sell opportunities.

• Making outbound calls to Toyota and Lexus customers when the customers vehicles will be due a service and/or MOT, as per above the aim will be to secure bookings and maximise up sell opportunities during the calls.

• Making outbound Customer Satisfaction Calls (after customers have visited our centres), contacting them to ensure the work undertaken and service they received at our centres was to their complete satisfaction (to support customer retention). If/when certain customers are unhappy, the Customer Support Advisors must liaise with the CMC Office Manager and when necessary, they will liaise with the specific dealership after sales manager to ensure ALL complaints are resolved as quickly as possible to the satisfaction of the customers.

• Other Ad Hoc outbound after sales and potentially sales campaigns to our existing customer databases.

Candidates should have a customer service background, will genuinely enjoy dealing with the public and will be committed to delivering Complete Customer Satisfaction. In addition, given that the role will require a lot of outbound calling, it is preferable that the candidates have experience of outbound telephone campaigns.

Experience of Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook is essential.

Candidates should be committed to achieving set objectives/targets, work well under pressure, be committed to delivering Complete Customer Satisfaction and possess excellent communication skills.
