Lookers Acquire Golf and Turf Machinery


Lookers plc ("Lookers") is pleased to announce that we have completed the acquisition of Golf and Turf Machinery.

On 21st November 2011 Golf & Turf Machinery became a division of Platts Harris Limited which is part of the Lookers plc.

Golf & Turf Machinery based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire will continue to provide sales, spare parts, service and hire of groundcare machinery to professional users in the counties of North, South and West Yorkshire.

Platts Harris Ltd have acquired the assets and trading style of Golf & Turf Machinery, this new venture is part of  Lookers plc’s on going acquisition strategy.
