Appointment of Company Secretary

Lookers plc is pleased to announce that Glenda MacGeekie has been appointed Company Secretary for Lookers plc and all subsidiary companies.
Glenda will be responsible for all legal issues for the group including properties, pensions, health and safety as well as the statutory responsibilities of the Company Secretary.
