New Board Appointment
Lookers plc announces the appointment of Neil Davis as a Board Director of the Company.
Neil is Managing Director of the Lookers Parts Division and has been Managing Director of FPS since 2005. Before that he was the Finance Director of FPS, having joined in 2000 in order to put together the subsequent management buyout with Terry Wainwright prior to the successful sale of FPS to Lookers in 2004. His previous experience includes 10 years' corporate development and M&A experience, both within the automotive aftermarket and also within global manufacturing.
Commenting on the appointment, Lookers Chariman Phil White said,
"We are delighted to announce Neil's appointment to the plc Board, recognising the fantastic job he has overseen in developing our Independent Parts Division in conjunction with Terry Wainwright and securing succession to continue the strategic development of our industry leading parts business".
