Annual General Meeting

As well as dealing with formal business, the Company takes the opportunity afforded at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to provide up-to-date information about the Company's trading position and to invite and answer questions from shareholders on its policies and business. At the AGM, a separate resolution is proposed for each substantive matter.

In accordance with Section 311 of the Companies Act 2006 (the "Act"), notices of any AGM or any other General Meetings will be available via this website for a period of two years after the meeting via the below link.  Each notice of meeting includes the information specified by the Act to be included in a Notice of Meeting, including the number of shares and voting rights entitled to be exercised as at the date of the notice of each meeting.
